Project Background

The New Gelephu International Airport is a flagship greenfield development by the Royal Government of Bhutan, situated in the ecologically sensitive southern foothills of the Himalayas. Targeting ICAO CAT I precision approach capability, the project encompasses a full SITC supply of Communication, Navigation, Surveillance and Meteorological (CNS/MET) equipment for DoAT. Our consultancy was engaged to provide comprehensive technical advisory and bid-support services to prospective equipment vendors and EPC bidders navigating this complex procurement.

ICAO-verified multi-sheet BoM (Rev 2) covering all CNS and MET systems with line-item compliance mapping to Annexes 10, 11 and 14.
Estimated Cost Model (ECM)
Detailed multi-section cost model (Rev 1) with system-level pricing benchmarks, civil works, installation, FAT/SAT, and 5-year AMC estimates.
Technical Execution Plan (TEP)
